ROSEVILLE HERITAGE EXTENSION

This project was to extend a 1920's Federation Bungalow without loosing its Californian based heritage.

Working with clients that had a passion to maintain the original beauty and integrity of the home it was an absolute pleasure to bring this dream into reality.

With an extension that while not large, completely changed the layout of the home, bringing the kitchen into the hub of the home. By enlarging the back family area and creating an internal laundry, extra bedroom, built in wardrobes and ensuite for the main, this home was brought into the 21st century.

The free standing carport and extension to the existing roofline really maintained the character, as well as recycling the bricks from the original garage and demolition works, it is almost impossible to see where the old ends and the new begins.
